Director of Sales Job in Grand Rapids Michigan (MI)

Director of Sales for Industrial Manufacturer.
Seeking leader with proven track record of growing sales and leading a team.

Will develop strategy and plans for sales growth.
Will identify industries and companies with potential.
Will drive the sales organization, create structure, and motivate the team.
Will create incentive programs (rewards, structure, and accountability).


REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor degree preferred, plus 10 years sales experience.
Proven record of leading a sales team.
Willing to Travel 30-40% (primarily US).
