Hotel Director of Sales Job in Laredo Texas (TX)

Seeking Director of Sales for a beautiful Hilton-brand hotel in Laredo, TX. Responsibilities include increasing hotel revenues through inside sales, researching and developing new market segments, and increasing hotels market share of education, military, social, religious, fraternal, tour and sports markets. Find new leads, complete direct mail projects, make solicitation calls, book and actively pursue group business.
Conduct tours and site inspections, actively participate in preparation and implementation of the hotels Business Plan, and process and distribute weekly/monthly reports. Must have Hospitality experience. This is a great opportunity!
