Company is the worlds largest manufacturer of highly engineered fasteners and miniature proprietary fasteners, used in the electronics and aerospace industries. This position, based in the Silicone Valley area, will be responsible for servicing and building relationships with existing customer accounts and working jointly with counterparts globally to provide technical support for local customers, manage customer inquiries and complaints, align customer requirements with the factory, conduct price negotiations for increased allocation / market share, and will seek out new business opportunities, partner with customers both existing or new, to identify fastening system solutions for product applications, align customer requirements with the factory for manufacturing, manage new business projects until mass production.
This position, based in the Silicone Valley area, will focus on expanding sales with current accounts along with the identification and development of new electronics accounts. The target accounts will be large global customers or new design engineering firms. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the total sales process from design support to procurement order. The selected candidate will participate as a member of a global team to drive ultimate customer satisfaction. This position requires a person who has had at least five years of Global Account Sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess a Mechanical Engineering Degree with sales experience in the fastening or electronic components industries.
