International Brand Manager-Chicago, CPG Industry
Consumer-driven company is looking for an International Marketing and Sales Brand Manager. Position is responsible for managing the brand internationally. This includes developing tools, plans and processes necessary for efficient brand management across different markets. Additionally, the position oversees consumer-facing marketing functions and projects, and manages marketing planning and execution in expansion markets, including but not limited to the public relations, marketing and communications efforts. Individual is also responsible for P&L responsibilities. Candidate must possess superior communication and organizational skills.
Reports to: Director of International Sales
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA degree; MBA preferred
Foreign language, preferably French, German, Spanish or Portuguese
6 Years international marketing experience, either abroad or within a headquarters
3 years Marketing experience in a Direct Selling Association industry
Must have excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
High sensitivity to local cultures and consumer tastes
Ability to interact diplomatically with internal teams and external partners at various levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and handle multiple, concurrent tasks with high level of flexibility
Ability to work well under time constraints and to meet deadlines.
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
Passion for marketing, with a drive to succeed and make a diference
Computer Skills: Must be well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Photoshop, Quark, In Design and other design software a plus.
